To date, JSF Construction has completed two exceptional developments for Tuath Housing under Public Works Design and Build forms of Contract, adding 35 units of much needed, high quality homes to our portfolio of managed properties. Mill Crescent (22 houses) and Baker’s Lot (13 apartments) are both located in Carrick on Suir, Co Tipperary, and it was a pleasure to work with a main contractor that is from the locality. Jason and his project team have delivered both developments on time and on budget, with a high standard of finish. We are delighted to be shortly entering into Contract with JSF Construction on another development in Co Tipperary, which will deliver a further 40 homes, and look forward to a continued working relationship with JSF Construction over the coming years.

Planning

  • All sites identified and assessed by senior management for location, population demographic, proximity to amenities

  • 4 planning applications granted to date as applicant

  • JSF works closely with Conroy Architects to deliver all planning applications, collaborating on design and site layout plans, taking into account any structural and environmental considerations.

  • Strong relationship and track record with Tipperary County Council, with all applications granted successfully within 12-18 months, with minimal conditioning

Development

  • Hands on approach to each development from senior management team

  • Dedicated project manager appointed to each site to oversee operations

  • Directly employed brick laying and block work specialist team of 25 allows JSF to maintain consistent progress on site, without concern of labour shortage. This team is supported by an administrative function of 5 staff in JSF head office in Carrick on Suir

  • Construction programme agreed in advance with client, with all developments delivered on time to date
