JSF Construction was founded in 2009 by Jason Fleming, who was previously managing director of Knocknaconnery Construction and Duggan & Fleming Construction. JSF Construction initially operated as a subcontractor in the Irish construction industry until 2017, when it began developing as a main contractor in the residential sector. JSF Construction has handed over 2 developments to date as a main contractor, with a third site currently under construction and delivering homes to the market in Q4 2022.
JSF Construction has a competent and well experienced team of 30 staff across senior management, office managers, blocklayers and site workers. We are also supported by a competent team of architects, civil, structural and M&E engineers and quantity surveyors. We work with subcontractors, approved housing bodies and materials and suppliers to deliver our quality homes.
Jason is the founding Director of Duggan and Fleming and Knocknaconnery Construction, providing blockwork, masonry and bricklaying services as subcontractor on school, primary care, and hospital construction projects all over Ireland. He also founded JSF Construction in 2009, which continued to provide these services as subcontractor. JSF Construction has been operating as developer and main contractor since 2017, in addition to fulfilling subcontractor roles.
Peter has a BSc in Construction Management that he completed with Sligo IT in 2012. He is a carpenter / Joiner by trade. Amongst he’s vast training and experience, he has completed a four year apprenticeship and was a Project Manager with Sisk from 2009 to 2019, working on projects in the UK and Northern Europe. Before joining JSF as Contracts Manager in April 2021, he was a Contracts Manager with Select Roofing from 2019 to 2021.
Liam Murray joined JSF Construction in May 2022. Liam holds a Bachelor of Science in Geomatics and Land Surveying from TUD and brings a wealth of prior experience as a senior surveyor and senior site engineer.
